Photooxydation of DOM from different origin (open ocean, coastal waters, lagoons) and consequences on DOM bioavailability (Bacterial biodegradation experiments).

Distribution, evolution (temporal, spatial) and transfer of nutrient, DOM and POM (C, N, P) in marine environments. Importance of the different carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus pools in relation to the total nutrient stoichiometry across marines environments. Vertical and horizontal variations carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus (C:N:P) elemental composition of organic matter and their consequences to examine the processes that regulate marine biogeochemistry and to model basic biogeochemical patterns of the sea
