Sensing the Rainbow - conference Betty Sands
Betty Sands will give a talk on Friday the 19th April at 11:15 am at the amphitheatre.
She will describe her findings on the responses of the green algae Ostreococcus to red, green and blue light wavelengths and discuss her plans for further analysis. Techniques include differential gene expression from RNASeq data and comparison with measurements of photosynthetic parameters using the Phyto-PAM.
Betty Sands is a PhD student at the University Warwick supervised by Dr.Isabelle Carre. She was hosted at LOMIC as part of the ASSEMBLE program and supervised by Dr. François-Yves Bouget.
